In a perfect world every vacancy would appeal to a wide pool of applicants with the qualifications and experience required for the role. Finding the most suitable candidate would be as easy as matching a CV to a Job Description.
With relatively high unemployment and pressure to find a job, many vacancies will have a guaranteed response from a large pool of applicants. Are they the right applicants?

In the same way that you will aim for the perfect employee, the discerning applicant will be looking for the perfect career move.  You look for experience, qualifications and “team fit”.  They consider the location, the salary + benefits, the company size, the environment, the working hours and conditions and their long term prospects.

An applicant with a brilliant CV might not be the right candidate.  Likewise, a company with an appealing job opening might not be the right employer.
At K H Recruitment Ltd, our clients can be assured that the consultant assisting them with their vacancy will:
  • Locate candidates at the right point in their career to appreciate what your company can offer them in terms of job content, salary and prospects.
  • Match the working environment and your company ethos to that desired and appreciated by the candidate.
  • Seek out candidates who can commute easily to your company location.
  • Ensure that we have listened not told, advised not sold.
  • Build long term trust and respect with our clients who acknowledge that, through effort and commitment, we earn our fee for every recruitment assignment we take on.
We are in the business to establish long term relationships with clients and maintain our reputation for quality of work offered to candidates.
We match people with employment opportunities. Not just CVs with Job Descriptions.
